Pay-as-you-go is a genuine product here, not the naughty step for businesses that didn't sign up. Published rates, the same people, the same straight answers — billed for the time you actually use.
The rates
All rates inc GST ($165 / $75 / $250 / $330 ex GST). Beyond Melbourne metro, travel is quoted up front.
How it works
- Lodge a ticket at the portal or email support@yougrowit.com.au. Call 03 9028 4358 if it's urgent.
- We tell you when work will start and roughly what it'll take. No mystery.
- You get an invoice for the time used. Itemised, in English.
We'll always tell you before a job tips from small into significant. And if you're lodging tickets every week, we'll say so — at that point a package is cheaper, and we'd rather you knew.
Scheduled work
Scheduled work is different. If we plan a job for a weekend or evening — some jobs are safest done out of hours — it's quoted in advance with everything included. No surcharges on quoted work.
When pay-as-you-go makes sense
- You need help occasionally, not constantly
- You've got a one-off project or a mess to untangle
- You want to try us before committing to anything
When it stops making sense, the packages are right there — month to month, so trying one isn't a commitment either.
